- Tap the profile picture in the upper-left corner.
- Select a subject for your message.
- Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
Note. Report problems related to the mobile app from the app itself and not Help pages. This will ensure your message reaches the right specialists and is handled sooner. When a message is submitted from the app, our specialists get technical information that helps them sort out the issue.
