Yandex.Disk and user data

When you use the Yandex.Disk app, Yandex collects and transfers data to its servers. Yandex processes data according to its Privacy Policy and License Agreement.

What data is transferred by the Yandex.Disk app

User account data and user and the mobile device unique identifiers User identification. You can't use the app without this data. If you don't want to send this data, don't use the Yandex.Disk app.
Usage information Improving the service. You can't use the app without this data. If you don't want to send this data, don't use the Yandex.Disk app.

The only way you can stop the transfer of data that cannot be disabled app or system settings is by removing the Yandex.Disk app.

  1. Open settings.
  2. Select Help and feedback → Report a problem
  3. Select the relevant issue.
  4. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
