Buying additional storage

If you buy additional storage space in Yandex.Disk, you automatically get a subscription to Yandex 360. Use it to:

  • Enable unlimited auto-uploads of videos from your phone to save space on your Yandex.Disk.
  • View the extended changelog: 90 days instead of 14.
  • Remove ads from Yandex.Disk: there won't be any ads on your Yandex.Disk pages or pages of the files you share.
  • Download files shared by other users without restrictions.
  • Configure autosaving important files on a computer with Windows.
  • Get a faster response from the support service — we respond to all Yandex 360 subscribers within three hours.

Purchase storage in the app

Note. If you have multiple accounts Yandex accounts, make sure that you're logged in to the account you want to buy additional space for. You won't be able to transfer additional paid space from one account to another.
  1. Open the account menu in Yandex.Disk.
  2. Tap Buy space.
  3. Choose a plan.
  4. Follow the instructions in the App Store.

Change the service plan

Note. If you purchased the subscription on the website, you can only change your service plan on the website.

You can change your service plan to a more expensive one and enjoy the advanced subscription features or activate an annual subscription instead of a monthly one:

  1. In the bottom panel, tap More → Subscriptions.
  2. Select a service plan and tap Upgrade subscription.

When changing your service plan, the the fee for the unused period of your current subscription will be refunded to your account.

To switch from an annual subscription to a monthly payment plan, disable automatic renewal of the current subscription, wait until it expires, and then sign up for a new service plan.

Important. You can't buy multiple subscriptions. Only one subscription can be active, so you can only replace your current subscription with a new one.

If you are experiencing a problem with the Yandex.Disk app, please report the error using the feedback form in the app:

  1. Tap the profile picture in the upper-left corner.
  2. Select Help and support → Report an error.
  3. Select the relevant issue.
  4. Describe the problem in as much detail as possible.
Note. Please report problems related to the mobile app from the app itself and not Help pages. This will ensure your message reaches the right specialists and is answered sooner. Additionally, when submitting from the app, our specialists get technical information that helps them sort out the problem.
