Requirements for creatives

Technical requirements

As a creative, you can upload a video meeting the requirements:

Size maximum 100 MB
Length From 4.9 to 5.1 seconds
Aspect ratio 2:1
Minimum resolution 1440 × 720 pixels
Maximum width 3840 pixels
Video frame rate 25 frames per second (125 frames total)
Video codecs H.264, VP6F, VP8, Theora

In the video:

  • Color value in each RGB channel in the background must not exceed 240.
  • There must be no white background or black fading (dark effect at the end of the video).
  • Scanning must be progressive (line-by-line).

Images must be shown using the static image technology. You can use dynamic effects without streaming video elements. The image must not be changed quicker than once every 5 seconds, and image change duration must not exceed 1 second.

The video must contain no subtitles, sound track, or logos of compression programs. The pixels must be square. We do not accept highly compressed or low-resolution videos.

Requirements for design and content

  1. The creative must not contain a storyline requiring constant attention for its perception.

  2. You may not use a white background.

  3. Additional elements (such as warnings) must take up no more than 20% of the creative area.

  4. Texts must be clearly displayed, easy to read, placed against a contrasting background, and must not be mixed with other design elements.

  5. The minimum font size is 12 pixels (for 720 × 360 resolution) or 24 pixels (for 1440 × 720 or higher resolution).

  6. The font must not be stretched while its height to width ratio must not exceed 1.5:1.

  7. Warnings must be shown throughout the video clip. They may contain no more than 10 lines. No more than 2 lines can be displayed at once. The lines must be displayed at regular time intervals (video length divided by the number of double lines).

    If warnings are placed on top of other design elements, they must be shown in a bar ensuring high-contrast rendering.

  8. The text of the warnings must be typed in a plain sans-serif font.
