Reallocating money between ad campaigns
If you do not have a shared account enabled, you can transfer some funds from one campaign to another. To do this, in the left menu click .
You may reallocate funds from one or several ad campaigns to one ad campaign and vice versa.
Automatic allocation of funds between ad campaigns
The allocate evenly option lets you reallocate equal amounts from one ad campaign to others. For this purpose, please specify the necessary amount in the field next to one of the campaigns on the right and check the allocate evenly box next to this campaign and the other ones (the amount will be copied to all the appropriate fields of the selected campaigns). If later you decide to change the amount in the field of one campaign, it will be copied to all the other ones. This function makes it easy to indicate the same amount for many campaigns.
The Reallocate all option lets you reallocate all the funds from one campaign to several other campaigns in equal proportions. For this purpose, please check the allocate evenly box for all the campaigns to which you would like to reallocate funds, and click the Reallocate button. The entire amount will be reallocated evenly between all the selected campaigns (rounded to 1/100 of a Russian ruble), For example, the amount of 3,310 rubles will be reallocated between three campaigns in the amounts of 1,003.34 rubles, 1,003.33 rubles and 1,003.33 rubles.
If your campaign is already running or its status is “being activated”, you may reallocate only the amount available for reallocation. The amount available for reallocation is calculated as the difference between the remaining balance and the reserve necessary to ensure that your campaign is running until it is completely stopped (on average, this process takes 30 minutes). For each campaign, the amount in reserve and the amount available for reallocation should be at least 300 rubles (see values in other currencies).
You can transfer all some funds from a campaign that is no longer running, but be aware that in the second instance, the remainder and transfer sum must be at least 300 rubles (values for other currencies).
The transfer sum can't be less than the maximum CPC set for the campaign receiving the funds.
The recipient campaign must be approved by the moderator, be an agent campaign, or be managed by a personal manager of the Yandex sales department.
You may not reallocate money from ad campaigns managed by a personal manager of the Yandex sales department to standard ad campaigns.
