Rules for submitting a letter of guarantee
We may additionally request a letter of guarantee. It must be signed by the payer (either a legal entity or an individual) to whom the invoices for ad campaigns are addressed. Guarantee letter requirements vary depending on the type of payer.

Guarantee letter from a legal entity

A guarantee letter from a legal entity needs to contain the organization's requisites (in the document header on company letterhead), specifically:

organization name;

legal address
-
registration number;

Contact details.

The last page of the letter of guarantee should contain the following information:

corporate seal;
-
signing date;
The letter of guarantee should be signed by the director of the organization or a designated representative (in the latter case a notarized copy of the power of attorney should be attached which grants said individual the right to sign the corresponding documents in the name of the organization).

All pages of the completed letter of guarantee should be put together into a single document. The following information should be contained on the sealed label:

corporate seal;

total pages bound.
If the pages of the letter of guarantee are not put together, then every page should be numbered and signed by the person who signed the letter of guarantee.

The address of the advertised site should be included in the letter of guarantee. It is not necessary to list the specific addresses of the ad campaign's landing pages due to the fact that the letter of guarantee will be considered void if the webpage address changes.

If one site is indicated in the ad, but when one clicks on the ad link they are re-directed to a different site, then the letter of guarantee needs to include both domains.
Example
If an ad includes
www.site1.com, but clicking the ad redirects the user towww.site2.com, the letter of guarantee must list both addresses.
