Government authorities and their services
Advertising government services is restricted in Yandex Direct:
You can only advertise assistance in obtaining documents or other services provided by government authorities. For example, assistance in obtaining a registration certificate. Such ads must not guarantee that the document will be obtained. If an ad offers assistance in applying to a government authority, the ad must make it clear that the service is provided by an intermediary.
Ads offering extracts or assistance in obtaining extracts from the Unified State Register of Real Estate are not accepted.
Special documents are not required for placement.
