Ads for binary options can be placed in Yandex Direct.
Ads in this category can't be placed as smart banners, display banners in a new Yandex Browser tab, dynamic ads, or in a product campaign.
Your text ads will automatically include a notice with the name of the company and the type of business. The exact text of the notice will depend on what information is included in your documents. You must add this notice to videos, image ads, banners in search results, and display campaign creatives yourself. More information about notices.
Your ads must meet the legal requirements of the countries where you want to serve them.
Your ads must meet all the requirements of the Russian Federal Law “On Advertising”. For example, image ads for binary options must contain the name and business structure of the legal entity. The information must be clearly visible to the user without using any special tools or performing any additional actions. Text font must be readable at the minimum resolution. The information must remain on the screen long enough for the user to read all visible text at an average reading speed.

You can send documents at any time after your ads have been sent for moderation. If ads are rejected because required documents are missing, they will be reviewed again after documents are submitted.
