Non-medical gases and acids
You can advertise industrial gases and acids, except food-grade and industrial nitrous oxide.
The ad should state that the advertised gas is non-medical (other than ads for acetylene, propane, butane, and argon).
Advertising acids included in the list of precursors is restricted. You cannot advertise acids whose concentration is greater than or equal to the permitted concentration amount. To advertise acids whose concentration is less than the permitted concentration amount, you must specify exact information about the concentration of the substance in the ad.
Your ads must meet the legal requirements of the countries where you want to serve them.
Special documents are not required for placement.
