The common negative keywords function enables advertisers to specify the negative keywords to be used for all campaign phrases.
To set these, you may go to
the ad campaign settings
the ad campaign page
Common negative keywords are an addition to existing negative keywords and do not replace them.
The additional operators "!" and "+" are recognized in common negative keywords.
If any of the common negative keywords overlap with any of the words in the original phrase, then the negative keywords will be ignored. It is also true for those cases, when the common negative keyword is fixed by the "!" operator. If it is necessary to exclude a particular form, it should be done at the phrase level.
The total length of the common negative keyword field per campaign is limited to 20,000 characters excluding spaces.
The statistics pages will only display common negative keywords that are currently active.
