How do I pay from my Yandex.Money account?

Attention.

The Yandex.Money account you use should be under the same username as the Direct ad campaign you want to pay for.

If Yandex.Money has not verified your identity, then the maximum payment amount is 15,000 RUB (500 Yandex units).

There is no commission.

  1. When you add funds to your campaign or shared account, select the Yandex.Money payment method.

  2. If you are paying through the app for the first time, enter your Yandex username and password and tap Log in.

    Allow the app to access your Yandex.Money account: enter a one-time SMS password or payment password (depending on your Yandex.Money authorization method), and then tap Continue.

  3. To confirm your payment, tap Pay.

How do I pay by bank card?

You can link one or more bank cards to your account. If you pay using a bank card that you've linked, you don't have to re-enter your payment information every time.

There is no commission.

  1. When you add funds to your campaign or shared account, select the Bank card payment method.

  2. If you are paying this way for the first time, tap Add credit card to link a new card to your account.

    You can enter the card number manually or scan it in.

    We will withdraw two rubles to validate your card. If the withdrawal goes through, then your card will be added and we will return the amount that was withdrawn.

  3. Select a card to pay from and tap Pay.

How do I pay in cash?

Attention. The minimum payment amount before VAT is 1,000 rubles and the maximum — 15,000 rubles.

When you add funds to your campaign or shared account, select the ATM or terminal payment method.

You will get a payment code that you'll need to enter when you pay for the campaign you selected.

How do I forward the payment code?

Tap . You can send the payment code via SMS or e-mail, or copy it to your clipboard.

Where can I find a pay point?

To find the nearest payment points (terminals, ATMs, registers in certain stores or cellular providers, bank branches) on the map, tap Where to pay. Allow the app to use your location data.

Tap to filter the pay point options by commission amount and working hours.

How do I transfer funds from one campaign to another?

You can only transfer funds from one campaign to another if you have not enabled a shared account and each campaign is paid separately.

Note.

To transfer funds between campaigns, you need a Yandex.Money account. The account you use should be under the same username as your Direct ad campaign.

There is no commission.

Rules and restrictions on fund transfers can be found in the Reallocating money between ad campaigns section of the Yandex.Direct help.

  1. Tap Top up on the screen of the campaign you want to top up.

  2. Enter your payment amount and select the From another campaign payment method.

    Note. The From another campaign option doesn't appear in the menu if you don't have other campaigns that you can withdraw funds from in accordance with the transfer rules.
  3. If you are paying through the app for the first time, allow the app to connect to Yandex.Money.

    Enter your Yandex username and password and tap Log in.

    Allow the app to access your Yandex.Money account: enter a one-time SMS password or payment password (depending on your Yandex.Money authorization method), and then tap Continue.

  4. Select the campaign that you want to withdraw funds from. If that campaign doesn't have enough funds, select another one.

    Tap Pay.

How do I enable a shared account?

If you haven't enabled a shared account, follow these steps:

  1. On the Summary screen, tap Enable.

  2. Confirm your choice in the Direct web interface.

  3. Enter your username and password in the browser window that opens. Tap Log in.

  4. Tap Enable shared account.

  5. Go back to the app. On the Summary screen, you'll see your shared account balance.
