  • Only advertisers from Russia can enter payments.

  • Agencies can only pay in cash or by transferring funds between a client's campaigns.

How do I pay with Yandex.Money?

The Yandex.Money account you use should be under the same username as the Yandex.Direct ad campaign you want to pay for.

Minimum payment is USD 15. Maximum payment is USD 33,333.33.

There is no commission.

  1. If you have a shared account, go to the app home screen and tap  → Top up shared account.

    If you haven't enabled a shared account, find the campaign in the list and tap  → Top up.

  2. Enter your payment amount and select the Yandex.Money payment method, and tap Next.

  3. If you are paying through the app for the first time, enter your Yandex username and password and tap Log in.

    Allow the app to access your Yandex.Money account: tap Continue and enter your payment password or one-time SMS password (depending on your Yandex.Money authorization method).

  4. To confirm your payment, tap Pay.

How do I pay in cash?

  1. If you have a shared account, go to the app home screen and tap  → Top up shared account.

    If you haven't enabled a shared account, find the campaign in the list and tap  → Top up.

  2. Select the ATM or terminal payment method and tap Next.

You will get a payment code that you'll need to complete the payment.

To find the nearest payment points (terminals, ATMs, registers in certain stores or cellular providers, bank branches), tap ATMs and terminals on the map. Allow the app to use your location data. You can also sort by maximum commission amount and working hours.

How do I pay by bank card?

Commissions are not taken for bank card payments.

  1. If you have a shared account, go to the app home screen and tap  → Top up shared account.

    If you haven't enabled a shared account, find the campaign in the list and tap  → Top up.

  2. Select the Bank card payment method and tap Next.
  3. If you are paying this way for the first time or want to use a card that's not in the list, link a new card to your account.
  4. Select a card from the list.

  5. Tap Pay.

How do I link a bank card?

You can link one or more bank cards to your account. If you pay using a bank card that you've linked, you don't have to re-enter your payment information every time.

  1. If you have a shared account, go to the app home screen and tap  → Top up shared account.

    If you haven't enabled a shared account, find the campaign in the list and tap  → Top up.

  2. Select the Bank card payment method and tap Next.
  3. Tap Add credit card.
  4. Enter your card information manually or scan it in. To scan your card, tap Scan credit card.

    We will withdraw two rubles to validate your card. If the withdrawal goes through, then your card will be linked and we will return the amount that was withdrawn.

How do I unlink a bank card?

  1. If you have a shared account, go to the app home screen and tap  → Top up shared account.

    If you haven't enabled a shared account, find the campaign in the list and tap  → Top up.

  2. Select the Bank card payment method and tap Next.

  3. Select the card you want to unlink and tap , then tap Unlink.

  4. Confirm that you want to unlink the card.

How do I transfer funds from one campaign to another?

You can only transfer funds from one campaign to another if you have not enabled a shared account and each campaign is paid separately.

To transfer funds between campaigns, you need a Yandex.Money account. The account you use should be under the same username as your Direct ad campaign.

Minimum transfer amount — 1,000 rubles (15 Yandex units). Maximum transfer amount — 15,000 rubles (500 Yandex units).

There is no commission.

Rules and restrictions on fund transfers can be found in the Reallocating money between ad campaigns section.

  1. In the campaign list, find the one that you want to add funds to and tap  → Top up.
  2. Enter your payment amount and select the From another campaign payment method.

    Note. The From another campaign option doesn't appear in the menu if you don't have other campaigns that you can withdraw funds from in accordance with the transfer rules.
  3. If you are paying through the app for the first time, allow the app to connect to Yandex.Money.

    Enter your Yandex username and password and tap Log in.

    Allow the app to access your Yandex.Money account: tap Continue and enter your payment password or one-time SMS password (depending on your Yandex.Money authorization method).

  4. Select the campaign that you want to withdraw funds from.

    Tap Pay.

How do I enable a shared account?

If you haven't enabled a shared account, follow these steps:

  1. On the app home screen, tap  → Enable shared account.

  2. Confirm your choice in the Direct web interface.

  3. Enter your username and password in the browser window that opens. Tap Log in.

    Note. If you are logged in to the Yandex browser under a different username, you will need to log out first.
  4. Tap Enable shared account.
