Direct Commander saves all data on your computer's hard disk. The program simultaneously creates a backup copy of your data automatically. The backup copy may be used in cases where a program was not shut down properly and/or the computer might have restored Yandex.Direct data that was saved earlier but not sent to the server.
A backup can take up several gigabytes if the user has many campaigns and ads.
If you don't think it's necessary to have a backup and want to free up more disk space, you can disable automatic backups. Just choose the Application → Settings item in the main Commander menu.
Uncheck the Enable automatic backups (recommended) box in the window that opens up and click Save.
All changes will be saved on your computer as before, but a backup will not be created.
Follow these steps to make changes to the folder where Commander saves local data.
Click the Default folder, and then Save to re-select the default folder for data saving.

You can copy and move campaigns and ad groups along with archived ads, suspended ads, and keywords — or, on the other hand, exclude them from the created copies. Follow these steps to set up copying rules:
