How to fix errors in campaigns

If a campaign is marked with a icon, that means that it contains errors and cannot be sent to the Yandex.Direct server.

Hover on the icon to find out where the error is. The error(s) may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • One or several ads in the campaign contain errors

  • The campaign settings contains invalid values or required parameters have not been entered.

After all errors have been fixed, next to the campaign's name will change to . The icon indicates that the campaign is ready to be uploaded to the server.

If an ad group is marked with the icon, that means that it contains errors. Hover on to find out where the error is. The error(s) may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • The ad group settings contain invalid values or required parameters are missing.

  • Ads are missing from the group

  • Ads, keywords, or autotargeting of the ad group contain errors: invalid parameter values or required parameters are missing.

After all errors have been fixed, the icon will change to .
