# Duplicate campaigns, groups, ads, and keywords

Object duplication is a copying method where a copy of each object is created in the source parent object.

#### **Example: adding videos for existing ads**
 
:   You can select several ad groups and duplicate all the ads in them. Each ad will have a copy in the same ad group. 
    
    After that, you can add a video for all created copies using the **Video** field in the Inspector.

New objects are created during duplication. The statuses of ads and keywords, along with their accumulated statistics, are not preserved.

## Campaigns {#campaigns}

1. In the **Campaigns** tab, select one or [multiple](https://yandex.com/support/direct-commander-new/en/getting-started/multiple-choice.md) campaigns.

1. Press **Ctrl** + **C** (**Cmd ⌘** + **C** on MacOS).

1. Press **Ctrl** + **V** (**Cmd ⌘** + **V** on MacOS).


## Groups of ads {#adgroups}

1. In the **Campaigns** tab, select a single campaign or [multiple](https://yandex.com/support/direct-commander-new/en/getting-started/multiple-choice.md) campaigns containing relevant ad groups.

1. On the **Ad groups** tab, select an ad group or multiple ad groups.

1. Press **Ctrl** + **C** (**Cmd ⌘** + **C** on MacOS).

1. Press **Ctrl** + **V** (**Cmd ⌘** + **V** on MacOS).

    If you are duplicating groups in multiple campaigns, select **Duplicate ad groups in source campaigns**.
    


## Ads {#banners}

1. In the **Campaigns** tab, select a single campaign or [multiple](https://yandex.com/support/direct-commander-new/en/getting-started/multiple-choice.md) campaigns containing relevant ads.

1. On the **Ad groups** tab, select an ad group or multiple ad groups.

1. In the **Ads** tab, select an ad or multiple ads.

1. Press **Ctrl** + **C** (**Cmd ⌘** + **C** on MacOS).

1. Press **Ctrl** + **V** (**Cmd ⌘** + **V** on MacOS).

    If you are duplicating ads in multiple ad groups, select **Duplicate ads in source groups**.
    

## Keywords {#phrases}

You can't duplicate autotargetings because an ad group can only have one autotargeting.

1. On the **Ad groups** tab, select an ad group or multiple ad groups.

1. In the **Keywords** tab, select a keyword or multiple keywords.

1. Press **Ctrl** + **C** (**Cmd ⌘** + **C** on MacOS).

1. Press **Ctrl** + **V** (**Cmd ⌘** + **V** on MacOS).

    If you are duplicating keywords in multiple ad groups, select **Duplicate keywords in source groups**.
