Promos
A promo is an ad extension that includes a brief description of the promo and a distinct label or background. Ads with promos can appear on Yandex Search, within specific SERP layouts, and in the Yandex Advertising Network.

You can add a promo when creating or editing a unified performance campaign in the Yandex Direct web interface. For instructions, see How to create a promo. While only one promo can be added to a single campaign, you have the option to set up a separate promo for each of its ad groups.
In Direct Commander, you can add existing promos to a campaign or ad group when creating or editing it.
Tip
Before making any changes, download up-to-date campaign data from the server.
How to link a promo

In the Campaigns tab, select one or multiple campaigns.

In the Inspector's Promo field, select the promo from the drop-down list.

Press Ctrl + S (Cmd ⌘ + S on MacOS) or click the Save button at the bottom of Inspector.

On the Ad groups tab, select one or multiple ad groups.

In the Inspector's Promo field, select the promo from the drop-down list.
At the ad group level, you can also select the option Use the promo from the campaign. This will add the promo specified in the campaign settings to the group's ads.

Press Ctrl + S (Cmd ⌘ + S on MacOS) or click the Save button at the bottom of Inspector.
How to unlink a promo

In the Campaigns tab, select one or multiple campaigns.

In the Inspector's Promo field, select Disable promo.

Press Ctrl + S (Cmd ⌘ + S on MacOS) or click the Save button at the bottom of Inspector.

On the Ad groups tab, select one or multiple ad groups.

In the Inspector's Promo field, select Disable promo.

Press Ctrl + S (Cmd ⌘ + S on MacOS) or click the Save button at the bottom of Inspector.
