How to work with businesses

To add contact information to your ad, use a business linked from Yandex Business. Learn more about contacts in ads in Yandex Direct Help.

You can add a business to Text & Image and combinatorial ads.

In Direct Commander, you can add, replace, or delete a business from several ads at once, even if they belong to different ad groups or campaigns.

To manage businesses:

1. In the Campaigns tab, select one or multiple campaigns.

2. In the Ad groups tab, select one or multiple ad groups.

3. On the Ads tab, select one or more ads where you want to add, replace, or remove a business.

4. Click the Businesses field in the Inspector.

5. In the Businesses window, perform an action:

   • To add the same business to all your selected ads, select it from the list and click Apply, or double-click the business to show it in all ads automatically.

   • To remove businesses from all the selected ads, click Remove from the selected ads or click next to Businesses in the Inspector.

You can specify one business for all your ads in the campaign settings.

To find ads that include a specific business, use the query language. For example:

= Businesses ~ ["Salt and Matches"] 

After you add a business to one ad, you can add it to many other ads by using the context menu.
