Tracker is a service for managing tasks and projects in your organization. Use Tracker to distribute resources, assign tasks, and track their progress.

Activate Tracker

Tracker has become part of the Yandex.Cloud service starting March 1, 2021. To enable Tracker, use the instructions outlined in the Yandex.Tracker Help on Yandex.Cloud.

Note. If Tracker is linked to a company that was created in Yandex.Connect before March 1, 2021, you'll need to transfer that company to Yandex.Cloud. Learn more in Tracker Help.

Add users to Tracker

All employees in your company automatically get free access to Tracker in “Read only” mode. Employees will need full access to Tracker to manage issues with no restrictions.

The cost of using Tracker is based on the number of users with full access to the platform. Teams of no more than 5 employees can use Tracker for free. To learn more, see Tracker pricing.

Note. You can grant and revoke full access to Tracker at any time. The total cost is automatically recalculated as the number of users with full access changes. To learn more about how subscription costs are calculated, see Monthly Tracker pricing.
Set up full access to Tracker
  1. Open the Tracker page and log in to your company's administrator account.
  2. On the top Tracker panel click  → User access management.
  3. Find the All users section and the Access column, and select Full access for all employees who need Tracker to manage issues.

“Read only” mode
Access to the following features is restricted in “Read only” mode:
  • creating issues using the Tracker interface
  • Changing issue fields, statuses, and resolutions.
  • Leaving comments for issues.
  • Subscribing to issue changelogs.
