Disk

Yandex.Disk allows you to store files and notes in the cloud. Use Disk for shared access to files within your company.

You can access the files you upload to Disk from any web-enabled device. You can share files with other Disk users or give access to them via a public link.

Activate Disk

Disk is available to all the company's employees. No additional settings are required. Each user gets 10 GB of space on Disk for free. If employees need extra storage space, buy a Yandex.Disk for Business subscription for them.

To manage access to Disk files for departments and teams, link a domain to your company.

Employees can use Disk directly from their web browser or install a dedicated app on their desktop or smartphone. The Yandex.Disk app is available on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux.

An employee should log in to Disk under the same account they use for Yandex.Connect.

Subscribe to Yandex.Disk for Business

To purchase additional Disk space for the employees of your company, activate personal subscriptions for them.

An employee with a paid subscription will receive:

  • 1 TB of space on Disk.
  • Extra features: no ads, unlimited downloads from public links, and extended history of file changes. To learn more about features you can get with a paid Disk subscription, see the Disk section in the Help for Yandex.Connect.

The subscription fee for one employee is 500 rubles a month.

To activate subscriptions for your employees:

  1. Log in to Yandex.Connect as an administrator.

  2. Go to the Yandex.Connect home page. On the Disk card, click .

  3. Go to the Subscriptions tab and click Subscribe.

    If you're enabling a paid service for the first time, you will see a message asking you to fill out a form. This information is needed for future payments. To fill out the form:

    1. Click Fill out.

    2. Specify your company's bank details and your personal information.

    3. Accept the user agreement.

    4. Click Activate.

  4. Enter the name or login of the user you want to issue an individual subscription to.
  5. If an employee doesn't have an account in your company yet, click the add new employee to company link.

  6. To finish the process, click Subscribe.
