Paying for Tracker

The accounting period in Yandex.Connect is equal to one calendar month. At the beginning of each month, you will be charged for the services you used during the previous period. The payment amount is automatically deducted from your Yandex.Connect account. If there are not enough funds in your account at the time of deduction, you may have a negative balance.

To add funds to your Yandex.Connect account:

  1. Go to the Balance page.

  2. Enter the amount and click Add to balance.

  3. Enter your bank card details in the Add funds window or choose one of your saved cards.
  4. Click Pay.
  5. You might need to enter a confirmation code before your card is charged.

Outstanding payments

If your account balance is negative at the end of the month, your access to Tracker will be suspended. To keep using Tracker, top up your account balance so it's no longer negative.

After Tracker is deactivated, the company's employees will not be able to access it anymore. The service stores your information for 30 days after deactivation. If you decide not to renew your subscription, your data will be deleted.
