Yandex Wiki on Yandex Cloud

Yandex Wiki is a database which Yandex employees can use to store information and share it with each other. Yandex Wiki was previously part of the Yandex Connect suite. Since we restructured Yandex Connect, Yandex Wiki is now available on Yandex Cloud and works differently from before:

  • As of September 6, 2021, Yandex Wiki became part of Yandex Cloud and changed its name to Yandex Wiki.

    Before first logging in to Yandex Wiki, you need to accept the Yandex Cloud Terms of Use.

  • Yandex Wiki is available to all users of Yandex Connect and Yandex Cloud Organization, which is a platform for managing your organizations on Yandex Cloud.
  • If your organization is already registered with Yandex Connect, all of its earlier Wiki pages will remain accessible to your employees, with their old addresses intact.
  • If you haven't registered an organization yet, one will be created automatically once you log in to Yandex Wiki for the first time. You can then manage your organization via Yandex Cloud Organization. This platform lets you log in using corporate accounts through Single Sign-On (SSO) authentication. All organizations hosted on Yandex Connect that use Tracker, Forms, or Wiki, will be transferred to Yandex Cloud before the end of 2021. When the transfer to Yandex Cloud is complete, you will be able to manage your organization via Yandex Cloud Organization.
