Prohibiting page editing

By default, all users who have access to a page can edit it. You can make the page read-only if you are the page's owner:

  1. Open the Wiki page.
  2. Click Actions in the upper-right corner and select Settings.
  3. Open the Page Settings window and enable the option Only page owners can edit the page.

Users with access to the page will still be able to view it, but not edit it.

Note. An administrator of a organization will still be able to edit the page, even if the page owner made it read-only.
  4. To prohibit users from leaving comments on the page, click the Comments line, select Disabled, and click Save.
