Template sharing
To allow other users to use your template, set up shared access. You can configure access settings for individual users, teams, departments, or the entire organization.
How to set up access to a template
To change the access settings for a template:

Click
on the upper panel in Tracker.

Click Manage templates.

Select an option:

Issues to create a template for issues.

Comments to create a template for comments.
-

Select the option Management.
-
If necessary, click
to filter out extra templates.

Click Edit permissions next to the desired template.

Set permissions to Read, Write, and Grant for the categories:

Users and robots — Individual settings for individual users. To add a user to this category, enter the login or the user's name in the search bar at the top of the table.

Groups — Settings for departments and teams. To add a new department, enter its name in the search bar at the top of the table.
Tip. To add all your organization's employees, select the groupAll employees

Roles — Settings for users who have specific roles for the template:

Owner — The owner of the template. By default, the owner is the person who created the template, and only the owner has rights to Edit and Change permissions.

Queue team member — Users who are members of the queue team that the task is assigned to.

Shared templates are available to all users on the Select tab.
How to share a template
To share a template with a coworker, send a link to the template:

Click
on the upper panel in Tracker.

Click Manage templates.

Select an option:
-
Issues to create a template for issues.

Comments to create a template for comments.

Select the option Management.
-
If necessary, click
to filter out extra templates.

Next to the desired template, select
→ Copy template link.

Copy the contents of the browser's address bar and send it to the person you want to share it with.
How to enable a shared template
A list of shared templates is available on the Select tab. To start using a shared template, enable it:

Click
on the upper panel in Tracker.

Click Manage templates.
-
Select an option:

Issues to create a template for issues.

Comments to create a template for comments.
-

Select the option Enable.
-
If necessary, click
to filter out extra templates.

Click Template enabled next to the desired template. If you did everything correctly, the button color changes to yellow.
