Filters on the queue page

By default, the queue page displays all active issues in this queue. You can configure the queue filter to only see certain types of issues. To do this:

  1. Go to the queue page.

  2. Click on the right side of the page.

  3. In the left pane, select options for filtering issues in the queue. If the options you need are not in the list, click Choose fields and add them.

  4. Click Apply.
