Create a template

To create a template of an issue or comment:

  1. Click on the upper panel in Tracker.

  2. Click Manage templates.

  3. Select an option:

    • Issues to create a template for issues.

    • Comments to create a template for comments.

  4. Select the option Management.

  5. Click Create a template.

  6. Enter a name and description for the template.

  7. If you want the template to only be used in a specific queue, enter the queue in the Queue binding box.

  8. Fill in the template parameters the same way as when creating a new issue or comment.

  9. Click Save.

The new template is available on the template page on the Management tab.
