Edit a workflow
Each type of issue in the queue has a specific workflow — a set of rules that defines the lifecycle for this type of task.
You can use the workflow to customize:
Available task statuses.
The order and criteria for transitions between the statuses.
Additional actions to take during a status transition.
For each issue type, you can choose one of the existing workflows or use the workflow designer to create your own. The same workflow can be used for multiple types of issues.
