Subscribe other users to queue updates
You can subscribe Tracker users to notifications to keep them posted about changes to all issues within a certain queue or changes related to specific versions or components.
To configure notifications for issue updates within a queue:
Open the queue page.
To the left of the queue name, select
.Go to the Notifications tab.
Configure sending notifications:
- About all issues in the queue

Click Queue.
List the names or usernames of the users you want to receive notifications.
- Choose when users will receive notifications:
Create issue — Users only get notifications when new issues are created.
All notifications — Users are notified of any changes to issues.
- About issues related to a specific version

You can set up notifications for issues that specify the version you are interested in:
Click Versions.
Select the version.
List the names or usernames of the users you want to receive notifications.
- Choose when users will receive notifications:
Create issue — Users only get notifications when new issues are created.
All notifications — Users are notified of any changes to issues.
- About issues related to a particular component

You can configure notifications for issues that specify the component you are interested in:
Click Components.
Select the component.
List the names or usernames of the users you want to receive notifications.
- Choose when users will receive notifications:
Create issue — Users only get notifications when new issues are created.
All notifications — Users are notified of any changes to issues.
- Click Save.
