How to configure sending notifications

Restriction. By default, queue settings can only be accessed by the queue owner.

You can configure notifications for changes to issues in a queue:

  1. Open the queue page.

  2. To the left of the queue name, select  → Admin.

  3. Go to the Notifications tab.

  4. Configure sending notifications:

    About all issues in the queue
    1. Click Queue.

    2. List the names or logins of the users you want to add to notifications.

    3. Choose when users will receive notifications:
      • Create issue — Users only get notifications when new issues are created.

      • All notifications — Users are notified of any changes to issues.

    About issues related to a specific version

    You can set up notifications for issues that specify the version you are interested in:

    1. Click Versions.

    2. Select the version.

    3. List the names or logins of the users you want to add to notifications.

    4. Choose when users will receive notifications:
      • Create issue — Users only get notifications when new issues are created.

      • All notifications — Users are notified of any changes to issues.

    About issues related to a particular component

    You can configure notifications for issues that specify the component you are interested in:

    1. Click Components.

    2. Select the component.

    3. List the names or logins of the users you want to add to notifications.

    4. Choose when users will receive notifications:
      • Create issue — Users only get notifications when new issues are created.

      • All notifications — Users are notified of any changes to issues.

  5. Click Save.
