Each issue in Tracker belongs to one of the queues. Issues with a common topic are usually put in the same queue. They might be issues for a specific project, department, or team.
To view all the issues in a queue, open the queue page:
Chooseon the upper panel in Tracker.
Click the name of the desired queue.
By default, the queue page displays only active issues (the Without resolution option). You can customize which issues to display by using the quick filter buttons above the list of issues.
How to add a queue to Favorites
If you need quick access to a particular queue, add it to your Favorites:
Go to the queue page.
Click to the right of the queue name.
The queues you added to Favorites are available in the Queue menu on the upper panel in Tracker.
