Migrating to Tracker

Restriction. Only the company admin can transfer data to Tracker.

If you are already using a project management service, use the API to transfer your data to Tracker:

  1. Make sure that you are logged in to Yandex Connect with the administrator account.

  2. Get API access.

  3. Create queuesthat you can import the issues to.

  4. Configure the queue:

  5. You can also create issue boards and sprints if necessary.

  6. Import data to Tracker using the API.
