How to activate Tracker

Activate Tracker

Tracker has been part of Yandex Cloud as of March 1, 2021. To enable Tracker, use the instructions outlined in the Yandex Tracker Help on Yandex Cloud.

Note. If Tracker is linked to a company that was created in Yandex Connect before March 1, 2021, you will need to transfer that company to Yandex Cloud. You can read more in Moving Tracker to Yandex Cloud.

Add users

In order for your employees to use Tracker, create their user accounts or invite them to join your company.

Restriction. To create accounts for employees, you first have to connect an email domain for your company.

You can add up to 1000 employee accounts to a single organization. If you need to add more, please contact support.

  2. To the right of the Invite users button, click and select Create user account.

You can invite others to join your organization using their existing Yandex accounts formatted as login@yandex.com. You don't have to link an email domain or manually create each new employee account. Simply send your employees an invite.

Users you invite can join your organization by creating a new employee account or using their existing Yandex account.

Set up access to Tracker

All employees in your company automatically get free access to Tracker in “Read only” mode. Employees will need full access to Tracker to manage issues with no restrictions.

The cost of using Tracker is based on the number of users with full access to the platform. Teams of no more than 5 employees can use Tracker for free. To learn more, see Tracker pricing.

Note. You can grant and revoke full access to Tracker at any time. The total cost is automatically recalculated as the number of users with full access changes. To learn more about how subscription costs are calculated, see Monthly Tracker pricing.
