This message is too big and cannot be sent

If you sent a message to a Yandex address and received a non-delivery report that states one of the following: “Message file too big”, “Message size exceeds fixed limit”, “Message size exceeds fixed maximum message size”, or “Message size 4615244 exceeds size limit 3145728 of server <server name>”, this means that Yandex servers can't accept your attachment due to server restrictions.

Upload your attachment to a file storage service (such as Yandex.Disk) and include a link to it in your message.
