Online Sales Register Settings
You can transmit fiscal information to your online sales register using our help. Our solution only works if you adopted an online sales register of one of our partners.
This is not obligatory: you can accept payments using Yandex.Checkout and transmit information for the receipts using other method.

We will transmit the details for the receipts to your online sales register and verify these details are received.
To set it working, you need to take the following actions:
Important: if you select our solution under your Merchant Profile, we will check your online sales register is online every time a payment is performed. If the online sales register is not responding, the payment may fail.

Type of online sales register—our partner that you bought or leased an online sales register from.
The details of the Integration section are for the partner's service to let through requests to your online sales register. You can copy them under the dashboard of your online sales register (or request ones from the provider).
Address in the receipt—is a location where the sell took place; this is to be specified in the electronic receipt. This might be your store's location address or your site's URL.
Email for errors—this is an electronic address to which we send notifications about malfunctions with transmitting the details for the receipts. If your online sales register stops responding to us, we will send a notice to this address.
Sending details for the receipt
This determines the scheme we use for interacting with your online sales register.
For 7 days: first, we execute a payment, then send its details for the receipt to the online sales register. If online sales register will not respond, the payment will be executed, but the receipt will not be sent. In this case, we will send you an email at the address for errors.
For 5 minutes: first, we send the details for the receipt to the online sales register. When it responds that the details were received, we send a notification about the payment. If your online sales register does not respond within 5 minutes (for instance, something is wrong on the provider's side), the payment will be aborted: the money will be returned to the buyer. This option guarantees Tax Service will know about the paid product.
Payments via Yandex.Checkout are made as usually, while you transmit the fiscal data to your online sales register (manually or via another service).
Filling out and Adjusting Settings
If the settings are filled in, push the pencil icon on the right. If the settings are not set, push Select solution.
The settings will be implemented within two hours. Refresh the page: if the settings remain unchanged in two hours, contact our Support Service.
Name to be viewed to buyers—the name showed in the course of a payment and in emails with invoices and electronic payment receipts. It is saved to Yandex.Money Wallet users' History of payments.
Store's site is an address of the site accepting payments via Yandex.Checkout. If the store does not have a site, address is not shown.
shopId—store's identifier in our system; it is used in payment forms and requests to Yandex.Checkout.
scid is an identifier of the showcase (payment form on our side). It is used in payment forms and requests to Yandex.Checkout.
Parameters for Payments
These parameters depend on the implementation method used by the store.
HTTP Protocol or Payment Module
First parameters include addresses in your service to which we send requests about payments.
checkUrl is an address for requests for checking and canceling orders.
avisoUrl is an address for notifying about successful payments.
successUrl is an address for redirecting users after successful payments.
failUrl is an address for redirecting users after payment returning errors.
shopPassword is a secret word specified under your payment module or used for verifying authenticity and continuity of the requests. See documentation for details
Email for sending registers is an email address we send daily statements with complete list of successful payments to. See documentation for details
Important! We only transmit payment requests from Yandex.Checkout to secure websites. All addresses should start with https:. This means, your site is secured with the SSL certificate. If you do not have one, Yandex.Checkout will stop operating for you. Learn more
This implementation method requires only one parameter: an email address for sending messages about successful payments. As soon as the user pays, we send message with details of the payment to this email.
How to Change Parameters
You can change all parameters:
- Click a pencil icon on the right. You will see a form for changing parameters.
- Enter new parameters and push Save.
- Your request for alteration is made. Our manager will see your request and change the parameters within three business days.

If you see the following message when hovering over the pencil icon:
This means, editing settings is temporary blocked.
To unlock them, find the message asking you to change your chief officers' details at the top of the page.
Push Add to open the form and fill it out. You will again be able to adjust settings via your Merchant Profile.
