Online Sales Register

This section of the technical questionnaire allows for selecting a method of transmitting fiscal data to your online sales register (under Federal Law No.54). You can send them via Yandex.Checkout or using other method you like.

Choose how you want to transmit details for the receipts:

Via Yandex.Checkout—in this case you will need to take the following actions:

  • transmit additional parameters together with details for payments (product names in the order, their prices, VAT rate, and information about the buyer)
  • adopt the online sales register of one of our partners. View the list of our partners

Independently—the payments via Yandex.Checkout are made as usually, while you transmit the fiscal data to your online sales register (manually or via another service).

Take decision later—if you are not sure how to deal with fiscalization, you can start implementing process and fill in these settings later.

Step 2. Fill out the fields for work with online sales register

If you select Via Yandex.Checkout, you will see a form with additional fields, which are explicitly described in the Settings section.

We will transmit the details for the receipts to your online sales register and verify these details are received.

To set it working, you need to take the following actions:

  1. Adopt an online sales registers of one of our partners (view our partners' list).
  2. Transmit additional parameters together with details for payments (product names in the order, their prices, VAT rate, and information about the buyer).

Important: if you select our solution under your Merchant Profile, we will check your online sales register is online every time a payment is performed. If the online sales register is not responding, the payment may fail.
