I can't create events

If you have received an error message, it means that Yandex's security system believes your account is suspicious. Possible reasons are that there is no phone number linked to your account in Yandex.Passport, or that your full name is fictitious.

As such you will be temporarily blocked from creating events in Yandex.Calendar. To resolve this issue, please provide accurate information on your Yandex.Passport page and link your main phone number on the Phone numbers page and the block on your account will be automatically lifted.

Calendar does not sync with mail program

There is no option to sync Yandex.Calendar with Outlook just yet. If you are using a different mail program, please contact us via the form below. In your message, attach the following information:

  • The link that you wish to use for syncing (found in the settings of the calendar you want to use by clicking the CalDAV link under Export to iCal, HTML or CalDAV and copying the address)
  • A screenshot containing the error message
  • The name and version of the email program

Calendar does not sync with mobile device

Contact Yandex about the problem. In your message, attach the following information:

  • The link to the calendar
  • Screenshots from the settings of the program you are using to sync
  • A screenshot of the error message
  • The model of the device and its operating system

No links to Yandex.Calendar are in Yandex.Mail

For a link from Yandex.Calendar to appear in your Yandex.Mail, you need to create at least one event.

I am not getting any event reminders

Contact Yandex about the problem. In your message, attach the following information:

  • A link to the event
  • The selected means of notification
  • The Yandex username that invited you to the event
  • Your Yandex username

I am not receiving event invitations

Contact Yandex about the problem. In your message, attach the following information:

  • A link to the event that you did not receive an invitation to
  • The selected means of notification
  • The Yandex username that invited you to the event
  • Your Yandex username

How do I create birthday reminders?

To create events that repeat every year and are separate for each birthday.

  1. Open the event creation page.
  2. In the Time and date field, enter the birthday date and check the All day box.
  3. Check the box marked Repeat event.
  4. From the drop-down list that appears after clicking Repeat event, choose Repeat yearly.
  5. Select a method of notification.
  6. Click Create.

I cannot do anything in Yandex.Calendar

Contact Yandex about the problem. Tell us about the problem in detail — when it appeared, what actions you took beforehand and what order you did things in. Where possible, take a screenshot. Please also indicate which browser and what version of it you are using.
