I can't create events

If you received an error message, it means the Yandex security system finds your account suspicious. Possible reasons are that there is no phone number linked to your account in Yandex.Passport, or that your full name is fictitious.

As such, you will be temporarily blocked from creating events in Yandex.Calendar. To resolve this issue, please provide accurate information on your Yandex.Passport page and link your main phone number on the Phone numbers page, and your account will be automatically unblocked.

Calendar won't sync with email program

You can't sync Yandex.Calendar with Outlook just yet. If you are using a different email program, please contact us via the form below. Your message should contain the following information:

  • The link you want to use for syncing (you can find it in calendar settings by clicking CalDAV under Export to iCal, HTML or CalDAV and copying the address).
  • A screenshot containing the error message.
  • The name and version of the email program.

Calendar won't sync with mobile device

Contact Yandex about the problem. Your message should contain the following information:

  • The link to the calendar.
  • Screenshots showing the settings of the program you're using for syncing.
  • A screenshot of the error message.
  • The device model and its operating system.

There's no link to Yandex.Calendar in Yandex.Mail

The link to Yandex.Calendar appears in your Yandex.Mail after you create at least one event.

I'm not getting any event reminders

Contact Yandex about the problem. Your message should contain the following information:

  • A link to the event.
  • The selected means of notification.
  • The Yandex login of the person who invited you to the event.
  • Your Yandex login.

I'm not getting event invitations

Contact Yandex about the problem. Your message should contain the following information:

  • A link to the event that you did not receive an invitation to.
  • The selected means of notification.
  • The Yandex login of the person who invited you to the event.
  • Your Yandex login.

How do I create birthday reminders?

You can create events that repeat every year — one for each birthday.

  1. In the Time and date field, enter the birthday date and activate the All day option.
  2. Activate the Repeat event option.
  3. In the drop-down list that appears after clicking Repeat, select Repeat yearly.
  4. Select a method of notification.
  5. Click Create.

Other problem

Contact Yandex about the problem. Tell us about your issue in detail: when it occurred and what actions you were performing when it occurred. If possible, take a screenshot. Please also indicate which browser and what version of it you are using.
