You can create an event using one of the following methods.
Simplified form
Full form
Click on a time and date in the calendar. The simplified event creation form will pop up over the calendar grid.
Enter a name and a description.
Specify the time and date. If this is a recurring meeting, enable the Repeat option.
If you want to add more participants, specify the location of the event or set the time and notification method, click Full event settings.
The users you shared your calendar with will be able to access all the event details. However, you can make an event private so that only its participants can access this information. To do that, switch to the full form, and enable the Participants only option.
Click the button on the left-hand panel. The full even creation form will appear on a new page.
Enter a name and a description.
Specify the time and date. If this is a recurring meeting, enable the Repeat option.
Add participants to your meeting. If an invited user can't join an event because their calendar schedule is occupied at the time, their name is highlighted red. You can also check if users are available at a particular date by monitoring the Participant availability section.
Specify the location of the event.
Specify the event time and the notification method (email, SMS, or CalDAV).
Set the event's visibility. The users you shared your calendar with will be able to access all the event details. However, you can make an event private so that only its participants can access this information. To do that, enable the Participants only option.
Note. You can configure visibility for all new events in calendar settings.
Specify access permissions in the Access section. If permitted, participants can edit your event and invite other users.
Click Create, and the event will be immediately appear in the calendar. The event will be the color of the calendar.
If you see an error message when creating an event, it means the Yandex security system finds your account suspicious. To address this problem, please refer to the I can't create events section.
