Managing users

You can edit employee accounts registered on your domain. You can't edit the accounts of invited employees. You can only remove them from the company.

Changing accounts

To change a user account on your domain:

  1. Log in to Yandex as the company admin.
  2. Go to the Users page.
  3. Hover over the user, click , and select an action:
    • Change password — Set a new password for the employee.

    • Block — Block the account without removing it. The employee won't be able to use Yandex.Mail and other services connected to the company, but all information associated with the account is retained.

Removing accounts

Attention. If you remove a user from your company, they lose access to all Yandex.Connect services that are activated for the company.

To remove a user from your company:

  1. Log in to Yandex as the company admin.
  2. Go to the Users page.
  3. Hover over the user, click , and select Delete user.
