You can edit employee accounts registered on your domain. You can't edit the accounts of invited employees. You can only remove them from the company.
To change a user account on your domain:
- Log in to Yandex as the company admin.
- Go to the Users page.
- Hover over the user, click , and select an action:
Change password — Set a new password for the employee.
Block — Block the account without removing it. The employee won't be able to use Yandex.Mail and other services connected to the company, but all information associated with the account is retained.
