Enable email protocols

If you want your employees to be able to use email applications with Mail, enable email protocol support. To learn more about setting up email clients, see the Help of Mail.

To set up an email protocol for use with email applications:

  1. Log in to Yandex as the company admin.
  2. Go to the Settings page.
  3. Go to the Mail protocols section and enable email protocols that you want your employees to use to receive email.

    Note. A mail client can access the user's mailbox only if the correct protocol (POP3 or IMAP) is enabled in .
  4. Click Save.
