Invite users

You can invite users to join your company with their Yandex accounts. To invite users, you don't need to link a mail domain.

Restriction. You can add up to 1000 users to your company. If you need to add more users, contact support.

Invited users won't have a mailbox on your domain. However, invited users will be able to use all services of Yandex 360 for Business that are activated for the company.

Note. If you use Yandex.Connect, your employees also get access to the Yandex.Connect services that are enabled for your company.

To invite users to a company:

  1. Log in to the administrator account for the company.
  2. Go to the Users page.
  3. Click Add users and select Invite at the top of the window.

  4. Copy the link and send it to the employees you want to invite to your company.

    Attention. The link is only valid for 10 minutes. If the link expires, get a new link. To do this, close the link window and click Add users again.

When an invited user clicks the link, they can join your company. To do this, the user needs to log in to the Yandex account that they will use for your company.
