Create a mailing list

Restriction. Mailing lists are only available to companies that have a linked email domain.

A mailing list is the address linked to a group of mailboxes. Emails sent to this address are delivered to each of its associated mailboxes.

You can manage mailing lists in Yandex 360 for Business via the Yandex.Connect interface.

To create a mailing list:

  1. Log in to the administrator account for the company.
  2. Go to the Users page.
  3. Above the list of users, click Teams and mailing lists. The Teams page opens in Yandex.Connect.
  4. Create a team, set up a mailing address for it, and add employees to the team. To learn more, go to Help for Yandex.Connect.
