Create a mailbox

Restriction. Before creating a mailbox, make sure your company has a connected domain.

When you create a mailbox for an employee on your domain, the employee gets an account in your company.

If you enabled Yandex.Disk for Business, your company employees can use their email accounts to work with Yandex.Disk. If you use , your employees also get access to Yandex.Connect services that are activated for your company.

To log in to an account in Yandex.Mail, Yandex.Disk, or Yandex.Connect services, an employee needs to enter their email address and password.

To create a mailbox:

  1. Log in to Yandex as the company admin.
  2. Go to the Users page.
  3. Click Add users.
  4. On the Create account tab, enter the employee details.

    The value of the Login field becomes the employee's email address on your domain (for example, login@example.com).

  5. Click Save.
