Create an account

Restriction. You can create user accounts only if your company has a linked domain and you have enough funds on your balance to pay for your service plan including new employees.

After you create accounts on the company's domain, you won't be able to set up single sign-on.

If you want the employees of your company to be able to use Yandex 360 for Business services, create accounts for them in your company.

  1. Log in to the admin account for the company.
  2. Go to the Employees page.
  3. Click Add employee.
  4. In the Add employee window, enter the employee details.
    Example

    The value of the Login field becomes the employee's email address on your domain (for example, login@example.com).

    When adding an employee, you can assign them to a department or add them to a group. In this case, they will automatically appear in your company structure. For more information, see the Departments and Groups sections.

  5. Click Save.

To log in to Yandex 360 services, an employee needs to enter their full email address (for example, login@example.com) and password.
