Create an account

Restriction. Before creating a user account, make sure your company has a connected email domain.

If you want the employees of your company to be able to use Yandex.Mail 360 for Business services, create accounts for them in your company.

  1. Go to the Users page.
  2. Click Add users.
  3. On the Create account tab, enter the employee details.

    The value of the Login field becomes the employee's email address on your domain (for example, login@example.com).

  4. Click Save.

To log in to their account in Yandex.Mail, Yandex.Disk, or Yandex.Connect, an employee needs to enter their full email address (for example, login@example.com) and password.

Note. If you use Yandex.Connect, your employees also get access to the Yandex.Connect services that are enabled for your company.
