Before creating accounts, connect the domain and top up your company balance. There should be enough funds to pay the rate for each new employee. How to calculate the cost

Don't create accounts if you plan to set up single sign-on (SSO)

You can't set up single sign-on for accounts created on the company domain. To enable SSO, employees must connect to the organization using personal Yandex accounts. How to invite users

To create employee accounts on the company domain:

  1. Open the company account.

  2. In the left menu, select Users → Employees.

  3. Click Add.

  4. In the New employee form, specify the following:

    • Last name and first name of the employee. Patronymic is optional.

    • Username. This will be the employee's email address on your domain. For example, i.ivanov@example.com.

    • Password. The option Employee needs to change their password upon first login is enabled by default: you set a temporary password, and the employee must change it to a permanent one at first login. Disable this option if needed.

  5. Click Add.

For an employee to begin working with the Yandex 360 for Business services, provide them with their login details.

  • Full email address, such as i.ivanov@example.com.
  • Password.
