How to confirm your company's address
We verify the company's real address to keep Yandex Maps up-to-date. You can view address requirements in the address rules.
When you add a new company or change the address, you'll receive a notification in your account requesting you to confirm the company's address. For that, we need a video recording of your company's location. Sometimes we may request additional verification documents.

What to show in the video
We need to see the organization and the way to it from our users' perspective. The video should clearly show:
- Address plaque with a building number

If there is no address plaque on the building, show the local features and objects that can be found in Yandex Maps and will help accurately determine your office location.
- Sign
If you don’t have a sign, show us the way from the address plaque on the building to your office premises. If there are directional signs that guide customers to your location, please show them.
- Separate entrance to the organization

If you don't have a separate entrance, follow our recommendations.
- Office premises
- A place where you meet your customers.
Video requirements
- The video must contain the elements listed in the What to show in the video section. If you can't clearly show a particular element, try to verify it using an alternative method.
- The video recording must be shot as a single file without cuts or editing. If the video is long, that's not a problem; what really matters is data reliability.
- The video must represent up-to-date information. For example, if you send a video in July, there must be no snow there. Record the video right before sending it for verification.
- The video must represent your company just like your customers will see it. If the premises are under renovation, wait until the work is finished and record the video no sooner than two weeks before the opening. If the opening is scheduled in a few months, we can't list the company even with the “Temporarily closed” status.

How to send a video
Upload the video to Yandex Disk or another cloud storage service and share the link with us.

After you upload the video and send the link to us, a receipt notification will appear in your account, and the verification process, which may take up to three days, will start.
Additional materials
Sometimes we request additional materials to confirm your company address:
- A photo or scan of the rental agreement for the address listed in the company profile.
- A document that confirms your ownership of the premises (for example, a certificate of ownership or a purchase and sale agreement).

You can't confirm the company profile without a video recording, so the company will be represented as an online business. However, you can send the video later. The moderator will review the provided materials and send you an email based on the results.
If your company now has an actual address, fill out a request form to add it to Yandex Maps. For more information, see Online business data.
It takes up to three days.
Yes, if the premises are non-residential, adapted for commercial use, and have a separate entrance.
If the premises are residential, create an online business profile. In this case, don't send a video. Unfortunately, we won't be able to publish such a profile in Yandex Maps.
We recommend adding the required business categories to the profile of the company being published. In this case, customers will be able to find your company through various search queries. See the rules for indicating business categories.
