Contact details

Add the company’s websites, socials, and email address. By providing this information, you’ll make it easy for customers to contact you and help our support team verify your company's details:

  1. On Businesses page, click the link with the company name.

  2. In the left-side menu, go to About the businessData.

  3. Go to the contacts section:
    • Website and social media: For publication on the internet and communication with users.
    • Email: For Yandex Business communication with the company.
  4. Click Add and select the tool. Fill in the fields. For more information, see the sections below.
  5. Click Save changes at the bottom of the page.

The request to change the data will be sent for moderation. You can track the application status in your Personal Account in the Changes section (for more information, see the Help section Revision History).

Warning

Moderators process a request to change contacts for up to three days.

Website and social media

Website

Add a link to your main website and one or two links to additional websites.

First enter the URL of your main website and then list other websites to appear in the dropdown list.

Note

You can add up to three (one main and two additional) websites to your profile.

Socials

Add a username or phone number linked to your social media profile.

Note

Telegram is a social network, not a messenger.

YouTube channel

Add a link to your channel.

Messengers

Add links of the following format into the fields with WhatsApp and Viber icons: https://wa.me/customer_number and https://viber.click/customer_number. Specify the number in 79991112233 format.

If a customer's message comes from Yandex Maps, the company's reply is generated automatically. For more information, see Messages from Yandex Maps.

Messages from Yandex Maps

If a customer clicks in Yandex Maps, a template with the following text will be automatically added to their first message: Request from Yandex Maps. Hello! I'm interested in your offer.

Note

The template text can't be changed.

The customer can edit this message — delete the template text and write their own message.

Phones

In the Phones section, add phone numbers:

  • A phone number, extension, and description.
  • Phone numbers used in Viber and WhatsApp.

Email

Note

Exclusively for Yandex Business communication with the company.

In the Email section, add your email address.
