Updates
The Updates section in the account contains all current branch changes. Updates are sorted into different tabs. The number of tabs may be different:
- Three tabs: Reviews, Verification mark, and Data.
- Two tabs: Yandex Maps updates and Website updates.
Reviews
The section displays reviews for all branches.
A branch review contains:
- Branch name and address.
- User's name, rating, and comment.
To go to the branch account, click its name on the review card.
Available actions with reviews:
- View reviews

The feed displays the first 10 reviews with scores. Scroll down to load the next 10 reviews you haven’t read or responded to yet.
- Respond to reviews

Any reviews — write a detailed response in the Your review field.
Reviews with a high rating — choose one of the pre-made responses, such as Thank you, it means a lot to us. For more information, see Reply to reviews.
- Report reviews

In the upper-right corner of the review card, click
→ Complain and fill out the form. Your report will be reviewed by moderators. For more information, see Report reviews. - Mark as viewed

Click if you don't plan to respond to a review.
Verification mark
The tab displays all branches where the Verified icon has been revoked or will be revoked soon.
How to maintain or restore the icon:
- If the information is correct, click Information is up to date.
- If you need to make changes, click Update to go to the branch account and update the information.
Company information
This section contains all photos, videos, and data changes that users have sent.
Available actions with photos and videos:
- Mark as viewed. To do this, click next to the branch name.
- Label. Click and select the category, such as Accessibility or Interior. If there are no suitable categories, click Skip.
- Delete. To do this, hover over them with and click .
You can also confirm or reject data changes from users, such as updates to business hours or website address.
Yandex Maps updates
The Reviews, Verification mark, and Data tabs here contain information described above in the Reviews, Verification mark, and Data sections.
Website updates
Here you'll find reviews of financial products collected in Yandex Search on the finance (see the link http://yandex.com/finance) tab.
Users of Yandex with Alice, Yandex Browser, and Yandex Start apps, as well as Yandex Reviews can post such a review.
A review of a financial product in the Yandex Business account contains:
- Bank name.
- Product type (debit or credit card, loan, mortgage).
- User's name, rating, and comment.
By default, we show reviews for all products at once. To view reviews for a specific financial product:
- In the upper-left corner of the screen, click All products.
- Select a product from the list. Reviews will be filtered by the required product.
The same actions are available for financial product reviews as for branch reviews: you can view, respond to, and report reviews, and also mark them as read. For more information, see Reviews.
After moderation, your response will be published on http://yandex.com/finance next to the review, as well as in the Review account of the user who wrote it.
