Close a chain branch

When a branch leaves the chain, its name, list of products and services, working conditions, bonus programs, and quality of service may change. The rating and reviews that the branch earned as part of the chain can no longer be applied to it.

Register the former branch as a new company:

  1. Close the old company profile.

    1. On the Businesses page, click the link with the company name.
    2. In the left-side menu, go to About the business → Data.
    3. Go to the Business hours section and select the status.

  2. Add a new company to Yandex Business.

  3. Update the chain's website information.

Tip

If your chain's data is managed through an XML or CSV feed, only make changes in the feed: remove the company-id of the branch being closed.
