History

By default, Yandex Browser saves your browsing history.

Note. Your search and browsing history is stored for 90 days. History older than 90 days, including search suggestions history, is deleted.
  1. Open the browsing history
  2. Open the search query history
  3. Delete history
  4. Don't store history

Open the browsing history

Tap   → History.

Open the search query history

Search queries are the words you enter in the SmartBox.

View the search query history

Tap the search bar in Yandex Browser. Below the bar, you can see your previous search queries.

Disable search query display
Clear your cache
  1. Tap   → .
  2. Go to the Privacy section.
  3. Tap Clear data.
  4. Select Cache.
  5. Deselect all other options (if you only want to delete the browser cache).
  6. Click Clear.
  7. Confirm deletion.
Delete all history
  1. Tap   → .
  2. Go to the Privacy section.
  3. Tap Clear data.
  4. Make sure that the History option is enabled.
  5. Deselect all other options (if you only want to delete browser history).
  6. Click Clear.
  7. Confirm deletion.
Cancel saving history
  1. Tap   → .
  2. Go to the Privacy section.
  3. Disable the Save history option.

Delete history

  1. Tap   → .
  2. Go to the Privacy section.
  3. Tap Clear data.
  4. Make sure that the History option is enabled.
  5. Deselect all other options (if you only want to delete browser history).
  6. Click Clear.
  7. Confirm deletion.

Don't store history

  1. Tap   → .
  2. Go to the Privacy section.
  3. Disable the Save history option.
