Password managers save you from having to remember or record passwords for websites Passwords are stored encrypted and are automatically inserted into the website forms. The built-in Password manager for Yandex Browser for Mobile allows you to:

  • Manage your usernames and passwords: easily view, change, and delete them.

  • Use the same password vault on all your synced devices.

  • Strengthen the vault’s security by using a master password that only you know.

Restore passwords if you forget the master password (when you create a master password, Yandex Browser will prompt you to create a recovery key).

  • Protect yourself from phishing (Yandex Browser will recognize that the site is fake and won’t enter your username and password in authorization forms because it checks the URL rather than the appearance of the site).
