Protect: Manage your passwords
The Password manager for Yandex Browser for Mobile allows you to easily view, change, and delete your passwords.
View passwords
To view your username and password for a specific site:
- Tap
in the browser (if you don't see this button, press the menu button on your smartphone).
- Select .
- If you have already set a master password, type it to access the vault.
- Tap the name of the site.
- Tap
next to the password.
Change a password
To change a password for a specific website:
- Tap
in the browser (if you don't see this button, press the menu button on your smartphone).
- Select .
- If you have already set a master password, type it to access the vault.
- Tap the name of the site.
- Tap Edit.
- Edit your username, password or password comment.
- Tap Save.
Delete passwords

in the browser (if you don't see this button, press the menu button on your smartphone).
- Select .
- If you have already set a master password, type it to access the vault.
- Tap the name of the site.
- Tap Delete.
- Confirm deletion.
- All passwords

- Tap
in the browser (if you don't see this button, press the menu button on your smartphone).
- Select .
- If you have already set a master password, type it to access the vault.
- In the upper-right corner, tap .
- Confirm deletion.
Disable password manager
Note. If you disable the password manager on your smartphone, it will still stay enabled on other devices.
If you use a third-party password manager and do not want the browser to save and autofill passwords:
- Tap
in the browser (if you don't see this button, press the menu button on your smartphone).
- Tap .
- Turn off Password manager.
Now the browser stops saving passwords, inserting them in login forms and requesting your master password to access your vault. Previously entered passwords will stay encrypted on your smartphone so they will be available if you re-enable the password manager.
To do this, turn on Password manager in the settings.
