Mobile browser (Android Smartphone)


The browser cache is a folder with copies of certain data (for example, images or songs you listened to) from pages that you have visited. When you view these pages again, the browser does not download them from the internet, but gets them from the cache instead. Using the cache reduces the network load and speeds up page loading.

Clear the cache
  1. Tap (if you don't see the icon, press the menu button on your smartphone).
  2. Choose Settings.
  3. Go to the Confidentiality section.
  4. Tap Clear data.
  5. Enable the cache option.
  6. Turn off all the other options (if you only want to delete the browser cache).
  7. Tap Clear data
  8. Confirm.
