Managing access
You can grant access to a segment to other users by adding their Yandex ID in the segment settings. Doing so will allow them to use your segments when setting up their own ads. They won't be able to delete your segment or find similar users. You can revoke access at any time.
To grant or revoke access, click 
next to a segment and then select Configure access. Segments that are already available to several users are marked with the 
icon.

Customer support agents can only assist you with campaigns associated with your username. You can see your current username it in the upper-right corner of the screen. The agent will get access to your data only when processing your request.
